Victor Fotso Nyie (1990, Cameroon) currently lives and works in Faenza, Italy. His artistic research addresses themes of human diversity and beauty through an intense physical and spiritual approach. His works include sculptures and paintings - often combining clay with other natural elements - that draw parallels between his homeland Africa and the globalized world.

Fotso Nyie participated in 2020 at the BHMF artist residency program at the OCAD University in Florence. He has exhibited in various museum, foundations, and art-spaces such as Museo MAGI'900, Museo d'Arte della città di Ravenna, P420 Art Gallery, La Prioria di San Lorenzo in Montelupo Fiorentino, Art Forum Contemporary, Cinema Astoria in Ravenna, Casa Cini Ferrara, and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Cento.
